Recruitment Procedure:

EMPLOYERS RESPONSIBILITY:-

Demand letter: A Formal letter issued by the employer address to Sky Smart HR Dubai with full details of job categories of required number of workers, monthly salary, contract period. working hours, and all other facilites like food, accomodation, medical assistance & air passage.

Power of Attorney: A letter issued by the employer authorizing SKy SMart HR Dubai to act on behalf of the employer in recuriting the required number of workers and to carry out akk necessary formalities related with the resoectuve Embassy and the related agencies of the Goverment.

Employment Contract letter: This agreement is made between the company and the employee on the company's letterhead stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower recruitment form Asia.

Our Responsility

We always perfer selection of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his representative

Medical Checkup:

After final selection we send the workers/candidates for the medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of Employment.

Ticketing & Immigration:

The Employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expense in favor of Sky Smart HR dubai to facilites travellig as scheduled. Will obtain the immigration clearnce for selected can

Orientation before Departure:

Sky Smart HR provides the basic Orientation to works before travelling. The Workers are informed about theor duties and responsibilty and information about he works.

Time Graphs:-

  • Required 3 to 7 working for providing the CV's
  • 1 to 2 Working days for medical checkup.
  • 7 to 10 working days for visa stamping & immigration clearance(if applicable)
  • 2 to 7 days for the final departure of workers.
